REFUND POLICY
As explained to every customer during the business transaction at the time of sale, Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics has a NO REFUND policy. With a customer's request, Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics may, exclusively within Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics's sole discretion, under certain circumstances, transfer the amount paid by a customer for the originally booked event to another Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics event. If, for any reason, an enrolled customer and/or any of his/her guests cannot attend an event, to qualify for transferring previous payments to one of the future events, the enrolled customer must notify Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics no later than 30 days prior to the event's scheduled dates.
With a customer's request, Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics may, exclusively within Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics's sole and exclusive discretion, under certain circumstances, transfer the amount paid by a customer for the originally booked event to another Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics event. If, for any reason, an enrolled customer and/or any of his/her guests cannot attend an event, to qualify for transferring previous payments to one of the future events at no additional cost, the enrolled customer must notify Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics no later than 45 days prior to the event's scheduled date. Failure to notify Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics of your transfer request before the stated deadline will result in the forfeit of all deposits made to Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics. Any transfer requests made with less than 45 days prior to the event's scheduled date are exclusively within Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics sole and exclusive discretion, and said transfer request will require the customer to pay a transfer fee of $150.00 per customer and for each guest accompanying each customer.
Enrolled customers who decide to transfer their previous payments toward a future event may choose from any event up to one year from their original enrollment date. All payment transfers are good towards one event only. Once re-enrolled for a new event, customers may not cancel or transfer their payments to following events. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate forfeit of all previous payments and future scheduled payments to Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics.
If under extenuating circumstances, a talent and guest cannot transfer hisandher deposit to a future event, all talent and guest can request a refund of their deposit within three business days of the initial transaction. The day of the sale shall count as the first day within this three day limitation and the third day will conclude with the close of the third business day of purchase must contact Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics at 704and718-3386 or E-mail at hush@hushentertainmentstudios.com.
All refund requests submitted are subject to a ten (10%) percent cancellation fee of all monies paid up to the date the request is submitted, but in no event shall the cancellation fee be less than $75.00. The cancellation fee is for the purpose of offsetting administrative and processing costs associated with the booking of, and the reservation of your space at the upcoming event, together with processing your refund. The above mentioned cancellation fee cannot be applied to any transferred deposit to a future event.
If your Check or Electronic ACH Debit is returned, for any reason, it will be re-deposited electronically, and you will be assessed a processing fee of $30 or the maximum amount allowed by law. The check writer is also responsible for all other check recovery costs, including but not limited to attorney's fees, court cost, and other amounts allowed by law and these fees and costs will be electronically debited from your account.Hush Entertainment Studios and Hush Graphics reserves the right to amend its' refund policy, payment, and processing procedures and fees as stated herein, at any time and without notice.
Changes to this Statement
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under the circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Material changes to this policy will be posted within 30 days prior to execution.

At this time we do not maintain a separate database of your information.
